The Personal Education Plan (PEP)

The Personal Education Plan (PEP) is an online form and is completed by the designated teacher at school. Designated Teachers will be sent the link to the PEP. Social workers will be expected to contribute information at the meeting, including information about the child's placements and carer. Social workers are also expected to provide the date of next child in care review and a current SDQ score from the child's carer.
