Use this account if you want to contact the council about a service or report a problem.

  • Edit and complete any forms you’ve saved for later.

Use this account for anything related to Council Tax, Housing Benefit or Business Rates.

  • Check your Council Tax balance, payments, and discounts.
  • Sign up for online billing and download copies of your bills.
  • Check your Housing Benefit entitlement and see when your next payment is due.
  • Check your Business Rates liability and applied reliefs.
  • Securely upload documents and evidence for your claim or account.
  • Set up a new Direct Debit or amend an existing one.

Housing Register Account

Apply for housing and manage applications

Use this account if you need housing or want to update your application.

  • Apply to join the Housing Register.
  • Search and bid on available homes.
  • Let us know if you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
  • Submit a public body or agency duty to refer homeless referral.

Use this account to manage concessionary travel.

  • Apply for an Older Person’s pass by uploading proof of your age and residence.
