- welcome ideas and suggestions that can help us improve the service
- show our appreciation through regular catch-ups
- show your work off through our promotional activities
- won't make you re-apply, if you'd like to change roles
- hold regular "thank you" get-togethers
We're committed to you
To encourage your development and ensure your safety, we:
- provide all necessary training
- support you with any additional needs
- provide risk assessments if you're a young volunteer or vulnerable adult
- get consent from a parent or guardian, if you're a young volunteer
- help you to change roles, if the one you're doing doesn't work for you, or even if you just fancy a change
