Requests for information in relation to a living individual are dealt with as subject access requests under the Data Protection Act 2018. A response should be provided to you within 30 calendar days of receipt of request/confirmation of ID unless the request is complex or voluminous in which case legislation allows for an extension of up to a further 2 months if required. If an extension is required you will be informed of this.
