a total of 1403 referrals made to the service: 816 for Bedfordshire and 587 for NWAFT
£5.97 million achieved in benefit and grant gains; an average annual financial gain of £4,997 per client assisted by our service
59 benefit decisions challenged
generated £28,850 in grant awards including Macmillan Grant awards
assisted with over 272 applications for Blue Badges
made 125 onward referrals including to the Macmillan Support Line, including 25 to occupational therapy services and 15 to water services
