Where Fossett Grove meets the A5183 traffic lights double yellow lines are required plus the entrance to London Road that abuts Fossett Grove needs double yellow lines on each side to avoid blind spots and speed limit needs to be changed to a 20mph zone as this is a residential area so 30 is not correct.
Supporting details
On the corner of Fossett Grove vehicles are badly parked and obstructing the pavement and the road entry to London Road. Parking restrictions need to be applied. Also no through road sign is required to avoid drivers trying to turn around in the dead end.
