What happens next with the adult social care charging policy consultation?

All of the feedback will be published on our website and thoroughly considered before a final decision is made on the new adult social care charging policy.

If the changes are agreed, everyone who will be affected will receive a new individual financial assessment, as part of their normal annual review, that would look at their finances to make sure the charges are affordable to them.
