Reporting drunk or rowdy behaviour – guidance for council tenants

If the behaviour is of a criminal nature you need to report this to the police immediately by calling 101 or 999 if it is an emergency. Criminal behaviour could include violence or threats of violence, hate crime or sexual offences.

You must also let them know if you are concerned about your safety or that of someone else.
